1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 WELCOME TO EdCampus Company
EdCampus provides its Services (as described below) to you through its website located at edcampus.online, subject to the following Terms of Use.
The Site is a platform where you can purchase courses that we have verified. The Site allows users to access and/or purchase courses available on the Site, leave feedback on courses (collectively, such services, including any new features and applications, and the Site are referred to as the "Services"). The Services include, but are not limited to, any services and/or content that EdCampus provides or performs for you, as well as the offering of any materials displayed, transmitted or performed on the Site.
1.2. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS OF USE
These Terms of Use are entered into between you and EdCampus. The following terms and conditions, and any documents that are expressly incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the "Terms of Use"), govern your access to and use of the Services.
Please read the Terms of Use carefully before using the Services. By using the Services and accessing the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, located at https://edcampus.online/refund-policy/ and incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, please leave this page immediately without accessing or using the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of a business, that business also accepts these Terms of Use.
1.3. CHANGES IN THE CONDITIONS OF USE
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. If we modify these Terms of Use, depending on the nature of the changes, we will post the changes on this page and indicate at the top of this page the date these Terms of Use were last modified and/or notify you either through the user interface of the Services, in an email notification, or by other reasonable means and as required by applicable law. Any such changes will be effective no earlier than fourteen (14) days after posting, except for changes regarding new features of the Services or changes made for legal reasons, which will be effective immediately.

EDCAMPUS reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that EDCAMPUS shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Services. We will not be liable if for any reason all or part of the Services are unavailable at any time or for any period of time. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Services or all of the Services to users.
The Services are available worldwide, but this does not mean that all Services or features of the Services are available in your country, or that User Submissions (as defined below) available through the Services are legal in your country. EDCAMPUS may block access to certain Services (or certain features or content on the Services) in certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services is legal in the country where you reside. The Services are not available in all languages.
The Services are only available to users over the age of 16; however, if you are under the age of consent where you live, you should not use the Services, but we encourage you to invite a parent or guardian to help you access content that is appropriate for you. If you are under the specified age of consent to use online services, you should not access the Services. If we find that you are using the Site in violation of this policy, we will block your access to all Services.
2.2. PROVIDING INFORMATION TO ACCESS SERVICES

You agree that all information you provide including but not limited to your use of any interactive features, is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. USER BEHAVIOUR
3.1. USE OF THE SERVICE
The Site and Service are for your personal and non-commercial use only. Unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing by EDCAMPUS, you agree not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transmit or upload for any commercial purpose any portion of the Service, use of the Service or access to the Service.
3.2. PROHIBITED USES
You hereby agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or for any other purpose not intended by EDCAMPUS. By way of example, without limitation, you agree not to use the Services:
  • in a manner that violates any applicable local, state, national or international laws or regulations.
  • To use (or attempt to use) violence, harm, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate another person.
  • Post, knowingly receive, upload, post, download, use or re-use any material or content that (i) contains any material that is unlawful, defamatory, libellous, obscene, abusive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable; (ii) promotes sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence or discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual org
  • Transmit or cause to be sent any advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail," "chain letters," "spam," or any other similar offers; collect or harvest email addresses or other contact information of other users of the Services by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications.
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate EDCAMPUS, an EDCAMPUS employee, another user or any other person or organisation (including, without limitation, using email addresses or screen names associated with any of the above) or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
  • Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits the use or enjoyment of the Services, or that we believe may harm EDCAMPUS or users of the Services, or expose them to liability.
In addition, you agree not to:
  • Bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services.
  • Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's use of the Site, including their ability to engage in real-time activity through the Site.
  • Use any robot, spider or other automated device, process or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material on the Services.
  • Use any manual processes to monitor or copy any material posted on the Services, or for any other purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use, without our prior written consent.
  • Use any devices, software or procedures that interfere with the normal operation of the Services.
  • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

  • Attack Services using a denial of service attack or a distributed denial of service attack.
  • Otherwise attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Services.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and related content, features and functionality (including, but not limited to, all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement of these materials) are owned by EDCAMPUS and/or the course author.
EDCAMPUS warrants that the courses have been lawfully acquired from their authors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws, permission to sell using the site has been obtained.

These Terms of Use authorise you to use the Website solely for your personal, non-commercial use. When you access the Services and/or purchase a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content provided by the course author. Except for the above limited licence, no right, title or interest in or to the Services or any content on the Services is transferred to you and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by EDCAMPUS and/or the course author. EDCAMPUS may revoke your licence at any time in its sole discretion. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material contained in our Services.
Any use of the Site not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use is a violation of these Terms of Use and may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.
6. CREDIBILITY OF THE POSTED INFORMATION
The information provided on or through the Services is provided for general information purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of this information. Any reliance on such information is solely at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from your or any other visitor to the Services or any person who may be informed of the content of such material relies on it. The
Services contain content provided by third party authors. EDCAMPUS does not and cannot review all material posted on the Services. All statements and/or opinions expressed in these materials are solely the opinions and responsibility of the person or organisation providing the materials. These materials do not necessarily reflect the opinions of EDCAMPUS. We are not responsible to you or any third party for the content or accuracy of any materials provided by third parties.
7. COLLECTIONS.
EDCAMPUS offers online courses and other Services for a fee. You agree to pay for the purchased content and authorise EDCAMPUS to charge you for the Services using the payment method of your choice. Fees will be charged whether or not you use the purchased Services. You are responsible for promptly paying all fees charged by EDCAMPUS and any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to disable or remove access to any content for which we have not received proper payment.
Amounts charged to you are always calculated in EURO; therefore, the final amounts charged to you may vary depending on exchange rates offered by our payment providers.
You must provide EDCAMPUS with your credit card or other means of payment information. You represent and warrant that (a) such information is true, accurate, current and complete and that you are authorised to use this payment instrument, and (b) you will maintain and timely update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. EDCAMPUS reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, to change any fees or begin charging for any free Service. Any change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting to the applicable Services (such changes will not apply to fees paid prior to the time of the change).
8. RETURNS
Refund Policy: (i) Refunds will not be issued for users that violate these Terms of Use or, in EDCAMPUS' sole and absolute discretion, are otherwise objectionable; (ii) If EDCAMPUS determines that you are in violation of our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or block access to all Services and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of the Service without providing a refund.); (iii) To request a refund, email us at почту[email protected] ; (iv) EDCAMPUS will apply your refund to your original method of payment; (v) Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer partial refunds for your purchases.
If you are dissatisfied with a course within the first 14 days of purchasing it, EDCAMPUS will refund your full purchase price and subsequently terminate your access to that course. No refunds will be issued after this 14-day period. Due to possible fluctuations in the exchange rate against the EURO, the refund amount may be slightly higher or lower than the amount you originally paid.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL EDCAMPUS, ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, ANY SITES LINKED TO THE SITE, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER SITES, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER SITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN
NO EVENT WILL EDCAMPUS'
TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO EDCAMPUS IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED EURO (€100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PART OF THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SERVICE.
